Uncertain Regulation and Legal Consequences

There is still no clear regulation for the services provided by SpaceXwar, its token and its NFT assets; Furthermore, the regulation of digital assets is a priority at the international level. This directly implies that regulatory actions of these entities could generate consequences in the operation of SpaceXwar and its projects. Because of that, SpaceXwar development team may cease operations in a jurisdiction in the event that regulatory actions, or changes in laws or regulations, make it illegal or unfeasible to operate in said area, or the process is commercially undesirable. to obtain the necessary approval(s) to operate in a regulated manner in said jurisdiction.

Strategic Information Disclosure

As of today, SpaceXwar is still under development. This implies that design decisions, decision-making mechanisms, algorithms, codes and other factors or technical parameters can be updated systematically. This whitepaper reflects all the decisions that correspond to the current execution of the system, however, it is not completely complete and the SpaceXwar team will update it when appropriate.

Multi-chain Bridge

As there are several types of decentralized networks and services in constant improvement and development, the industry of services in Smart Contracts is increasingly competitive. Due to the above, it is possible that in advanced stages of the project, mechanisms will be established to make use of alternative networks that use a protocol equivalent to the current one in the base network (BNB chain), making use of an equivalent to $SPACEX in this new network. SpaceXwar development team will take all measures to minimize as far as possible any variation in the price of the token due to the use of Multichain.

Failure in the development

There is a risk that during the implementation of SpaceXwar and its related systems it will not be carried out according to the budgeted parameters, this for a variety of reasons that include, among others, unforeseen technical difficulties, network conditions, pandemic situations, technological huddles, causes of unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract or changes in the market.

Security Breaches

Malicious organizations or groups may attempt to interfere with the SpaceXwar game eco system and token in multiple of ways, including but not limited to: malware attacks, denial-of-service attacks, consensus-based attacks, Sybil attacks, smurfing and spoofing. In addition, there is a risk that a third party or a member of the Company, Distributor or their respective affiliates may unintentionally introduce weaknesses in the core infrastructure of the $SPACEX token and/or SpaceXwar game and its related systems. Furthermore, the future of crypto and security innovations is highly unpredictable and advances in crypto, or technical advances (including but not limited to the development of quantum computing), could present unknown risks to the $SPACEX token and/or SpaceXwar game by making the cryptographic consensus mechanism that supports that blockchain protocol ineffective.
